On Tuesday, February 19, Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein joined the students at Yeshiva Karlin Stolin at their social studies fair. Students of the yeshiva’s fourth, fifth, and sixth grades, presented different aspects of United States history through the lens of major events and eras. On display were projects covering topics such as the Revolutionary War, the Great Depression, the Cold War, as well as biographies of past U.S. presidents.
“At today’s social studies fair, students at Yeshiva Karlin Stolin clearly displayed the rigorous United States history education being provided to them,” said Assemblyman Simcha Eichenstein. “I was very impressed with these students’ creativity in building these displays. The range of knowledge they have acquired through their studies is a true example of the first rate education that our yeshiva system provides.”
