Anticipation in Viznitz Ahead of Rebbe’s Visit on Occasion of Grandchild’s Wedding

Great excitement is being felt among the Viznitzer chassidim in these days, as they prepare to welcome their Rebbe, Rebbe Mendel of Viznitz Bnei Brak, shlit”a.

The Rebbe will be arriving in the early part of the week for the chasunah of his granddaughter, the daughter of his son Rav Chaim Meir, who is the rov of the Viznitzer chassidim here.

The chosson is Yisroel Shloime Lev, the son of Rav Avrohom Yehuda, Rov of Tiferes Eliezer in Boro Park, a grandson of the Sea Gate Rov, shlit”a.

The wedding and Shabbos Sheva Brachos will take place in the massive ballroom of the new Belzer Talmud Torah, and will be spread out over two basement levels.

The following Shabbos will be a Shabbos hisachdus in the mountains, bringing together all the chassidim, which will be followed by a visit to Montreal, and England—concluding days of joy and elevation in the court.
