The woman was sitting on a bench when the man approached and verbally confronted her. As she walked toward her home, he pushed her and took her cellphone before fleeing north on Ocean Parkway. The victim was not injured, and her cellphone was later recovered at the scene.</p><p>The suspect is described as a male with a dark complexion, about 5 feet 7 inches tall and 170 pounds, last seen
