BDE: Reb Alexander Zisha Rosenblum, z”l, Pillar of Chessed

It is with profound sadness that we report on the passing of R’ Zisha Rosenblum, z”l, plunging his family and his scores of acquaintances into sadness and mourning. 

Among his many chessed activities, Zisha volunteered in the Tantzers organization, which travels around to bring joy wherever it’s needed. 

On a dark winter night, he was at the wheel of a van full of volunteers when a deer ran in front of the van, causing a terrible collision, injuring most of the occupants. 

Zisha never fully recovered, and was at a rehab facility, where his friends and family would continue to come and visit and connect with him. 

He is remembered for his heart of gold and willingness to do anything to help another person.  

His will terribly missed by all who knew him. 

The Levaya will take place tonight at 10:30 at Shomrei Hadas.
