BDE: Reb Avigdor Klein, z”l, Prominent Belzer Chossid

We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Avigdor Klein, a legendary and prominent Belzer Chossid from Boro Park. He was 79 years of age. 

The niftar was the son of Reb Yosef Yonah Klein, z”l, a renowned Belzer Chossid from Bnei Brak. 

He came to America, and settled in Boro Park where he was distinguished in his Chessed activities. He established organizations to assist families as they were marrying off their children, and was always there to assist every Yid in need. 

He returned to Eretz Yisroel in later years, and this is where he passed away on Sunday.  

The levaya passed by the great Belzer shul in Yerushalayim, and Reb Avigdor was interred in the Belzer Chelkah on Har Hamenuchos, accompanied by his myriads of good deeds.
