BDE: Rebbetzin Miriam Chava Rubin, a”h, daughter of Kossover Rebbe, Zt”l

The terrible news of the passing of Rebbetzin Miriam Chava Rubin, a”h, at the age of 41, struck the Kossover Chassidus particularly hard, as it comes within the year of the passing of her illustrious father, the Kossover Rebbe, zt”l. The Rebbetzin was succumbed to the bitter machlah on the second day of Yom Tov. 

She was born to her illustrious parents, the Kossover Rebbetzin and tbl”ch the Rebbetzin forty-one years ago in Boro Park, and was known for her refinement and sterling middos and yiras Shamayim. 

She was married to Rav Yisochor Dov Rubin, shlit”a, the Koznitzer Rebbe of Sea Gate. Together they built a home permeated with Torah, yiras Shamayim, and chassidus. 

The Rebbetzin merit to marry off her eldest son last year, and leaves behind another seven orphans whom she will not merit to accompany to the chupah. 

She was diagnosed with the dreaded machlah a number of years ago, and fought valiantly to overcome it. She sadly succumbed to the ravages of the disease on Motze Yom Tov, leaving her family and the Kossover chassidus shattered and saddened. 

The levaya will take place at the Kossover Beis Medrash this morning at 11:00.
