The streets in Boro Park are always changing, with new openings, a few closings, and updates to spots we’ve all come to know. Whether it’s a store getting a fresh look, moving locations, or a brand-new place opening its doors, there’s always something happening on the streets of Boro Park. Here’s the latest:
1. 14th Avenue Hardware store at 43rd Street and 14th Avenue has sadly closed its doors.
2. Kidichic has opened a new location on 13th Avenue and 43rd Street.
3. The shoe repair shop on 44th Street has moved to 15th Avenue and 44th Street.
4. Bussin, a new takeout spot, has opened at 54th Street and 13th Avenue, taking over the former Panino location.
5. World of Communications has relocated to 53rd Street and 13th Avenue.
6. Anita’s Seamstresses has opened at 5802 13th Avenue.
7. Apstone has moved to a new space on the third floor at 1273 53rd Street.
8. Sushi Meshuna at 5115 13th Avenue has moved to 36th Street.
9. Frutique, a new boutique fruit shop, has opened at 16th Avenue and 51st Street.
10. Racheli at 4924 18th Avenue has unfortunately closed.
