Captured Moment: The 66th Precinct’s Original Home

Most Boro Park residents know the 66th Precinct on 16th Avenue, where it has existed for many years. But the original home of the station was a few blocks away, and is currently the site of a shul.

Answer to the previous captured moment: 

The preschool in question is none other than the legendary preschool location of Yeshiva Ch’san Sofer on 17th Avenue and 49th Street. Before serving as the home for the young talmidim of the yeshiva, the home served as a yeshiva under the leadership of Rav Shmelke Pinter, a noted askan in Boro Park.
