The Shul in question—as many of our readers have correctly pointed out—is the shul of the Kopshinitzer Rebbe, zt”l on 55th Street near 14th Avenue. Today, it is led by a grandson of the Rebbe, the current Kapishnitzer Rebbe, shlit”a.
