Catskills: Reminder Route 17 Project Meeting Taking Place Tonight
By Y.M. Lowy
As BoroPark24 previously reported, a major upgrade is planned for Route 17 in Sullivan County, including redesigned interchanges at Exits 103, 104, and 107 to ease traffic flow and improve safety.
Tonight, the New York State Department of Transportation is inviting the public to weigh in on the proposal. An open house will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Ethelbert B. Crawford Public Library in Monticello.
Drivers who regularly drive this particular stretch of the highway are encouraged to attend tonight and share their feedback on the proposed upgrades.
