Community Shaken After Resident Receives Chilling Hate Mail at Home

By M. C. Millman

A former Boro Park resident, who recently moved to Linden, New Jersey, a community that boasts several hundred Chassidic families, received a disturbing piece of antisemitic hate mail in his mailbox today.

“We’re not done yet! Hitler was right!” read the alarming missive addressed to “Intruder”.

The hate mail was reported to the police, who are investigating the situation.

“The Linden police department cares greatly about this incident,” says Rabbi Yossi Katz, Rav of Anshe Chesed and chaplain with the Linden Police Department. “We have a very close relationship with them. They have an open door policy – calling, texting - I can reach out to them and meet with them regularly. They are incredible in their transparency and in their ability to be there for us.”
