Construction For New Building On 12th Ave Nears Completion

The towering new structure on 4419-12th Ave is in its finishing phase and will soon be completed. 

The building stands at 7 stories tall and will house unique tenants. The cellar and first two floors will be home to a large day care facility that will be able to accommodate up to 400 children.

The other floors will have two beautiful residential apartments each, for a total of 10 new apartments.
