Culinary Corner: Multi Flavored Baked Salmon

Will you be hosting big Chanukah meals? This diverse dish will satisfy every palate at the table.  Not only is it simple to make but it will dress your table up wowing everyone!


Multi Flavored Baked Salmon


Ingredients:


Salmon


1/4 cup mayonnaise 


2T mustard


2T honey 


Box Fresh portobello mushrooms diced


Box cherry tomatoes sliced


Crushed pretzels 


Parsley spice 


Everything but the bagel spice 


Fried onions 


Fresh spinach 


1/4 T Paprika 


Directions:


1.       Preheat oven to 375


2.      On a cookie sheet sprinkle salt pepper over tomatoes and mushrooms and roast for about an hour. Remove from oven. 


3.      Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Mix the honey, mayo, mustard and paprika and spread thin layer over fish.  Make rows of the toppings 


4.      Bake for half hour and enjoy!
