As the Sukkos season approaches, Boro Park residents are divided over the street vendors on 13th Avenue, who were recently warned about operating without permits.

Some appreciate the lively atmosphere and unique charm the vendors bring to the neighborhood, especially on Erev Sukkos, with their affordable esrogim sets and sukkah decorations.

Meanwhile, others are concerned about overcrowded sidewalks and litter, and suggest relocating the vendors to an indoor market or in a big lot such as the Public Schools, similar to setups in Monsey and Lakewood.

What is your take?

13th Erev Sukkahs Street Vendors
Yes, it adds so much to our neighborhood.
Keep them out; the mess and chaos don't pay off.
A permit system should be enforced.
