Driver Arrested in Fatal Fort Hamilton Parkway Accident

In an update to the tragic incident on Fort Hamilton Parkway on November 13th 2023, where a pedestrian was struck and killed, the NYPD has made an arrest.

On Tuesday, July 30, 2024, at approximately 9:00 AM, within the confines of the 84th Precinct, Sharon Dacosta, 66 years old from Brooklyn, was taken into custody.
