Driver Flees Scene After Vehicle Overturns on McDonald Avenue

Around 10:00 this morning, the driver of a grey KIA with Pennsylvania plates drove down McDonald Avenue, and hit one of the pillars supporting the elevated subway, causing him to overturn. 

The driver fled the scene of the accident, and NYPD was soon on the scene, where a special response unit righted the vehicle using a heavy chain. 

Thankfully, there were no injuries reported in this accident. Police are investigating the cause of the accident, and are on the hunt for the driver who fled the scene.
