Driver of Vehicle Assaulted Overnight on Fort Hamilton Parkway

A person driving a vehicle was assaulted on Fort Hamilton Parkway and 46th Street at around 3:30am early Thursday morning, Shomrim told BoroPark24.

The suspect was attempted to cross the street when the driver of the vehicle was driving on Fort Hamilton Parkway. The suspect claimed that the person driving the vehicle was trying to knock him down and assaulted the driver.

The driver was punched in the face and suffered bruises and a broken nose. He immediately summoned Hatzalah and Shomrim, but the suspect had already fled the scene. Hatzalah transported the victim to the hospital.

The NYPD and Shomrim are working to gather footage of the incident that may help them identify the suspect.
