Junior Chef: Rice Cake Pops

You will need:

Round rice cakes

Creamy peanut butter



Baking chocolate

Sprinkles (optional, for topping)

Step-by-step instructions:

Step #1 Carefully insert one skewer into each rice cake

Step #2 Melt peanut butter over double boiler

Step #3 Dip rice cake lollipop into the peanut butter, fully coating each side.

Step #4 Place peanuts all over the dipped rice cake.Let it dry for 10/15 minutes, or until all dry.

Step #5 Melt chocolate

Step #6 Dip half of the lollipop into the melted chocolate, and place onto parchment paper or plate.

If you have sprinkles or any other topping, then sprinkle it onto the chocolate when it’s still hot.

Let it cool, and enjoy!
