New Satmar Beis Medrash to Open Doors on 36th Street, Prominent Dayan to Lead it

In recent years, the Satmar chassidus has opened an enormous Talmud Torah on 36th Street off of 13th Avenue. It is also the site of the Legacy Ballroom, a “takanah hall which enables the community to make elegant weddings that are affordable.

This week, the formation of yet another Beis Medrash for the growing community was announced, this time on the outer edge of Boro Park, an area that is seeing an influx of your families. It will be located within the walls of the Talmud Torah.

The Dayan is Rav Eluzer Nissen Strohli, a longtime Dayan within the Satmar chassidus, who will lead this growing community, with the encouragement of the Satmar Rebbe, Rav Aaron Shlit”a.
