NYPD: Dispatcher: Dozens in the Street Surrounded by Chickens

Yet again, chicken hate comes to bite Yidden by kapparos.

Someone made an emergency call to the 66th precinct earlier in the day regarding kapparos taking place in Boro Park.

After receiving the call, the police dispatcher notified the police officers in the field that there were many people in the street surrounded by chickens and that he thought that it was Yom Kippur.

“There are close to 50 to 100 Jewish people in the street with chickens; they are about to kill the chickens. Just be advised that I think Yom Kippur is today,” the police dispatcher said.

The incident with the chickens, yidden, and police took place at 18th Avenue and 53rd Street.
