NYPD Officer Arrested and Charged with Assault

A NYC Police Officer was arrested this Sunday for assaulting a driver in a traffic dispute. 

Riggs Kwong, the 50 year old cop, was off duty when the road rage confrontation transpired near Ocean Parkway and Church Ave.

Kwong was maddened by Abdul Motalab, 32, for cutting in front of him and getting out of his car, preventing him from making a turn.  

Mocking Motalab’s Middle Eastern background, the cop got out of his car and beat the driver.

Kwong was charged with assault and was immediately suspended.
