Serial Shooter of Five Homeless Men Arrested in Washington, DC

Washington, DC, cops arrested, early Tuesday morning, Gerald Brevard, the 30-year-old man who killed two homeless men and shot three others in both NYC and DC.
After Mayor Eric Adams and Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser released a clear photo of Brevard at a press conference in the nation’s capital yesterday, DC police received a clue about the whereabouts of their suspect, and the NYPD received a tip about his name.
Both clues provided crucial information to the police who arranged to watch out for Brevard, whom they found and immediately arrested.
When officers found Brevard roaming the streets of Washington, DC, agents of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) took the suspected killer into custody, senior officials told NBC news.
"We promised that we’d bring this killer to justice,” Mayor Eric Adams tweeted this morning. “We kept that promise.”
“Keeping our streets safe means bringing our country back."
