Shomrim to Add Patrol on Streets for Next Few Weeks During ‘Leil Shishi’

The Shomrim Patrol organization said they will be adding additional members to drive around Boro Park streets over the next few weeks during ‘Leil Shishi’ - Thursday night, when many teenagers head to Shul during the night and early morning hours.

As is customary in many Hasidic homes, during the weeks of Shovavim - the next six weeks, many men head to Shul for learning and/or praying during the night and early morning hours.

The additional patrol driving around the streets are an added sense of security to those walking the streets during the dark hours of the night.
