TEHILLIM: Boy in Serious Condition Following Hit-and-Run on Ocean Parkway

A Bachur was hit by an SUV on Sunday around 10:00 pm while riding a scooter across Ocean Parkway.

The boy was riding down Eighteenth Avenue, across Ocean Parkway, when a white SUV crossed from the turning lane (which turns onto 18th Avenue) into the regular lane and hit the victim while driving further down Ocean Parkway.

The impact left the boy in critical condition and his scooter in multiple pieces.
