Watch: Perpetrator Steals Package, Shomrim Recovers Stolen Items

At around 8 am Thursday, during broad daylight, a known perpetrator passed by and stole a package that was put out for USPS pickup on 14th Ave and 48th St. 

Shomrim has tracked footage and was able to locate the suspect. The package which contained passports and important documents was also recovered from a garbage can thanks to Shomrim’s devoted work.  

NYPD was notified of the incident but no arrest has been made.
