Weekly Weather: More Cold and Wind, Watching More Storms

By: Yaker Biegeleisen

Following a Shabbos that brought the snow, wind, and cold with ferocity exactly as predicted—tonight, Motzei Shabbos, will be dangerously cold.

The wind will cause snow drifts, and will cause real-feel temps to dip below zero! The NWS has put out a statement warning the public about the dangerous driving conditions, and of the severe weather outside, warning people to dress appropriately.

Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday will be extremely cold with real feel temps in the single-digits.

The first warming comes on Wednesday and Thursday, when we get to the mid-40’s in the daytime—potentially enough to melt the frozen snow on our streets—before we cool down again towards the end of the week, when we may be looking at some more snow.

As always we will notify our readers ahead of any significant weather events.
