A Gas Explosion causes Major fire and building Collapse

A gas explosion triggered a major fire in a house on Bay 35th Street and Benson Avenue this morning, causing the building to completely collapse. The two neighboring homes also experienced severe damage but no injuries were reported. 

Hundreds of firefighters responded to the blaze which took more than an hour to put out. Although no injuries were reported the firefighters continue to search through the rubble.
