An infant and four firefighters injured in apartment building fire

An infant and four firefighters were injured in an apartment building blaze on 58th st and 7th ave earlier today.

The fire which began in the basement of the building slowly made its way up to the first floor.

Multiple firefighters responded to the scene to fight the flames.

The cause of the fire is currently under investigation.
