Another Multi-Floor Building Coming to Boro Park on 15th Avenue

Boro Park’s skyline continues to change as another multi-floor residential building is set to rise where single-family homes once stood. On 15th Avenue, between 45th and 46th Streets, two century-old houses, originally built in the early 1900s, have just been boarded up in preparation for demolition.

The new construction will be a seven-story building featuring multiple housing units. Additionally, plans include a registered daycare facility in the cellar.

This development marks another step in the ongoing transformation of Boro Park, as older homes make way for modern, multi-unit buildings designed to accommodate the area’s growing population.
