BDE: Mrs. Nettie Segal, a”h

We regret to inform you of the petirah of Mrs. Nettie Segal, a longtime Boro Park resident, renowned for her refinement and aristocracy. She was 92 years of age. 

The nifteres was the daughter of the legendary Rav Yitzchok and Mrs. Recha Sternbuch of Holocaust rescue fame. 

She was the wife of Rav Chaim Shmaya Segal, the legendary menahel of Mesivta Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin and a world-class mechanech. 

The nifteres was known for her humility, her middos, her refinement, and her aristocratic bearing. 

She leaves behind an incredible family of chashuve bnei Torah who will remain a credit to her legacy.
