BDE: Reb Avrohom Eliezer Pfeifer u"h
By Y. S. Gold
We regret to inform you of the passing of Reb Avrohom Eliezer Pfeifer, a longtime Boro Park resident, and one of the leaders of the Pupa mosdos in Boro Park. He was 68 years of age.
His father was a Pupa talmid who hailed from the town of Papa, Hungary, and was the longtime cook in Yeshiva Torah Vodaath in Williamsburg.
"He was always with a smile, and always with a positive attitude, despite the many challenges that he endured," recalled an acquaintance who worked with the niftar for many years. "He was also known as an exceptionally refined person with sterling middos," he said.
The niftar suffered from illness over many years, and was niftar Friday morning, leaving behind a beautiful Torah family.
The levaya will take place in Williamsburg at around 3:00, and kevurah will take place thereafter in Kiryas Pupa.
Yehi zichro baruch.
