BDE: Rebbetzin Rachel Leah Rosenblum A”h

Burich Dayan Huemes. We regret to inform you of the passing of Rebbetzin Rachel Leah Rosenblum A”H, of Lakewood, NJ, who passed away yesterday, 6 Elul, at Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn. 

Mrs. Rosenblum was the wife of Harav Yosef Rosenblum, zt”l, the Rosh Yeshiva of Shaarei Yosher.

Mrs. Rosenblum, a homemaker and a rebbetzin, who was 84, was born in Lithuania. She was the daughter of Frieda Rosenblum, née, Chions, and Hagaon Rav Binyamin Yehuda halevi Davis. In 1960, Rav Davis zt”l, founded the Yeshiva Zichron Mayir of Mountaindale in Brooklyn.

The levaya will take place today at 10:30am, in front of Shaarei Yosher Yeshiva. Mrs. Rosenblum will be buried in the Vishnitz cemetery in Monsey.
