Belt Parkway Reopened Following Fatal Crash

Around 10:35 Monday evening, a three-car crash took place on the Belt Parkway near Knapp Street in Sheepshead Bay, according to police. 

Involved cars found themselves on both sides of the divide, and lanes were shut on both the eastbound and westbound directions as police conducted their investigation. 

A 24-year-old male was pronounced deceased at Lutheran Medical Center as a result of the collision.
