Centers Urgent Care Relocates to 50th And Ft Hamilton Parkway

Centers Urgent Care is relocating from 18th Ave to 5022 Fort Hamilton Parkway. 

The 18th Ave location is permanently closed.

The opening of the new location will take place on June 19th.
