Community Board 12 Holds Pre-Yom Tov Community Safety Affairs Meeting Across Multiple Departments

Community Board 12 arranged for the annual communitywide meeting yesterday to discuss the application of necessary safety measures for Boro Park during the Yom Tov season.
The meeting took place at Community Board 12. Attendees included Community Board 12 Chairman Yidel Perlstein, District Manager Barry Spitzer, Meir Weil and Shloimy Meyer from Misaskim, District Leader Pinny Ringel, Yanky Eisdorfer from the Boro President’s Office, Inspector Ritchie Taylor, NYPD Brooklyn South Chief McEvoy, NYPD Lieutenant Ira Jablonsky from Community Affairs, 66th Precinct Executive Officer Chris Trinchese, Chaveirim Coordinator Chaim Fleischer, Shomrim Coordinator Motti Katz, Hatzolah Coordinator Bernie Gips, Senior Community Liaison R’ Berish Freilich, and Sergeants Chan and Mike Riomao from the 66th Pct. Community Affairs.
Safety measures for the month of Tishrei were coordinated and arranged, including extra safety patrols and necessary street closures.
