Culinary Corner: Best Ever Chicken Wings

In the past, I have never yet named any of my recipes "best ever." However, this recipe is an exception. The sticky sweetness, subtle smokiness, and light kick make these the best wings you will ever have in your life, and I do not say that lightly!  

2 lbs chicken wings

1/4 cup oil

1/4 cup honey

1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

2 teaspoons minced garlic

2 teaspoons kosher salt

1 teaspoon chili powder

1 teaspoon smoked paprika

1 teaspoon dijon mustard

1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Spread the chicken wings skin side down on a baking sheet. Set your oven to broil hi. Broil the wings for fifteen minutes, flip and broil for fifteen more minutes. While the chicken is in the oven, add the rest of the ingredients to a small bowl. Whisk until fully incorporated. Brush the mixture over the wings and bake at four hundred degrees for an additional five minutes
