Ramen Salmon
2 lbs salmon
4 tablespoon mayonnaise
2 tablespoons soy sauce
4 tablespoons honey
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
3 oz packet of ramen noodles
1: Wash the fish and pat dry. Lay flat on a lined baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper.
2: In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and crushed red pepper flakes
3: Pour the mixture over the salmon and then turn the salmon over, skin side up. Allow the salmon to sit in the sauce for at least twenty minutes
4: Flip the salmon, skin side down. Use your hand to get most of the juice on the salmon. Crush the packet of ramen and top the entire surface of the salmon with it
5: Bake at four hundred fifty degrees for twenty to twenty-two minutes
