FDNY and EMS Leaders Visit Boro Park Hatzolah, Shomrim, Chaveirim and Misaskim

Top FDNY and EMS officials visited Boro Park this morning to express their appreciation at the headquarters of Hatzoloh, Shomrim, Chaveirim, and Misaskim, thanking them for their strong partnership in keeping the community safe.
Those who came included Fire Commissioner Robert Tucker, Chief of EMS Michael Fields, Brooklyn Borough Commander Joseph Duggan, EMS Brooklyn South Commander Chief Kathleen Knuth, Assistant Deputy Commissioner Jim Harding, Lt. Jonathan Haber, Vice President of the FDNY Ner Tamid Society, and EMS Deputy Chief Yonatan Klein, President of the Ner Tamid Society. The visit was also attended by Meir Melnek and his son Mattis.
During their visits, they received a firsthand report and tour of the facilities and were amazed by the outstanding volunteer work being done by so many in the community, lending a helping hand to those in need and ensuring the safety and well-being of all.
