Group of Boro Park Men Stops Mid-Highway to Pick Up Road Hazards

A group of Boro Park men helped avoid serious damage to many vehicles this afternoon, and created a kiddush Hashem in the process. 

The story began when a pickup truck accidentally dropped small, sharp items on the FDR drive which would have punctured the wheels of any passing vehicles, causing flat tires. 

Immediately, a group of Boro Park men stopped in the middle of the road to pick up the objects and toss them to the side of the road. Soon, an NYPD Highway Patrol vehicle was on the scene to stop traffic as the men concluded their road sweep, avoiding much heartache and monetary loss for their fellow road travelers.
