Injured Moped Rider Arrested After Accident

Hatzolah and emergency services responded to a moped accident at 12th Avenue and 40th Street, where the rider sustained injuries.

As Hatzolah treated the man in the ambulance, he suddenly attempted to get up and run.

Quick-thinking Hatzolah members restrained him and called the NYPD. When officers arrived, they discovered the man had open warrants for his arrest and took him into custody.
