Investors Bank Transitions to Citizens, Including Boro Park Locations

As Investors Bank branches transition to Citizens bank, Investors Bank branches and ATMs will be closed starting on Thursday, February 16, at 2 p.m., including the Boro Park branch located at 4624 13th Avenue.

Investors Bank branches will reopen as Citizens branches Tuesday, February 21. 

The bank warns customers that they may be unable to access account information through online and mobile banking and the Customer Contact Center during the transition time. However, they will still be able to make purchases and access cash at non-Investors ATMs with an Investors debit card. ATMs may be inaccessible from February 16-20, but the bank will rebate any non-Citizens ATM fees from February 18-20.
