Large Crowd of Bachurim at Torah Shebiksav Melave Malka Attests to Organizations’ Rapid Growth

Motzei Shabbos Bereishis, as Klal Yisroel began the Torah anew with the first parsha, hundreds of bachurim from the Boro Park community gathered together at the Eminence Hall for a celebration of the completion of the entire Torah, Chumash with Rashi, on which they had been tested throughout the previous year. 

The Torah Shebiksav program is a unique framework, tailored to the bachurim of our community who are able to take a straightforward, 14-question, multiple-choice test, by phone every Motzei Shabbos. 

Throughout the week they toil to master the material, and on Motzei Shabbos they are tested—a ritual which thousands of bachurim throughout the Tri-State area have made part of their lives, and had their lives changed through this limud. 

Mechanchim and parents continue to extol the great change that they see in their children and Talmidim who participate in the program.  

While this community exists through phone lines throughout the year, this Motzei Shabbos brought together hundreds of bachurim from the Boro Park program who got to celebrate this monumental achievement of the completion and testing of the entire Chumash and Rashi under one roof.
