Man Riding Motorcycle Struck by Vehicle, Transported to Hospital with Head Injuries

A motorcycle driver was struck by a vehicle on 9th Avenue and 46th Street, causing head injuries.

The motorcycle driver was reportedly transported to a nearby hospital while unconscious.

The driver of the vehicle was driving recklessly and dangerous and was arrested at the scene by NYPD. The street remains closed for further investigations.
