Multi-Vehicle Accident on Prospect Expressway Near Church Ave Exit

Multiple emergency services were on the scene of a multi-vehicle accident on the Prospect Expressway near the Church Avenue exit, heading into Boro Park. 

As per reports, the accident may have been caused by a medical emergency, with one of the drivers losing control of their vehicle while unresponsive. The driver, who is believed to have suffered a medical episode, was found unconscious at the scene. Several other individuals involved in the crash were also transported to the hospital with injuries, though none are reported to be life-threatening at this time.
