Munkatcher Rebbe to Return to Telshe Yeshiva as Guest of Honor

The Munkatcher Rebbe will make a special visit to Cleveland after Shavous to serve as the guest of honor at the 150th anniversary celebration of the Telshe Yeshiva.

This milestone event will bring together thousands of alumni from across the world to mark a century and a half since the yeshiva’s founding in Lithuania. 

Among them, the Rebbe, who learned in Telshe as a bochur, will return for the first time since those early years. He often speaks of the deep impression left by his Roshei Yeshiva, Rav Mordechai Gifter zt”l and Rav Chaim Stein zt”l. 

Now, decades later, the Rebbe will return to honor the place that helped shape his path in Torah for a meaningful two-day visit.
