New Recipe: Fruity Grilled CHICKEN CUTLETS

Fruity, Juicy, Diety, called whatever you like. You will love it! Yields: 4 portions.
·
4 pieces chicken cutlets
Marinate:
·
1 very ripe mango
·
1 large kiwi
·
¼ cup olive oil
·
juice of 1 lime
·
¼ tsp salt
·
dash of pepper
Combine and blend well the marinate
ingredients.
Let the chicken cutlets marinade into
the mixture for at least 30 minutes or overnight refrigerated.
Grill (or broil) for a few minutes, until desired doneness
