New Speed Cameras Installed Around Boro Park
Two new speed cameras have been installed at the outskirts of Boro Park as NYC expands its supper camera program across the five boroughs.
The two new ones were installed on 60th Street between 12 and 13 Avenues, and on 9th Avenue and 48th Street.
The cameras operate from from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m., Monday through Friday, year round. A fine of $50 is given to the owner of the vehicle speeding at 10 or more MPH over the speed limit.
