Pfizer Vaccine Trials Expanded to Include Young Kids and Babies
Vaccine trials for the Pfizer vaccine have now been expanded to include kids as old as 11 years old and babies as young as 6 months old, marking a new stage in the fight against COVID-19 and towards achieving herd immunity. As in previous trials, the trials will be blind and any participants who received the placebo will get the shot after the six-month trial period is over.
