Shots Fired Early This Morning on 51st Street

NYPD informed BoroPark24 that two men were arrested at the scene.

After receiving a report of possible gunshots fired early this morning, around 6 a.m., NYPD officers arrived at 8th Avenue and 51st Street.

After confirming that shots had been fired and that the alleged shooter had barricaded himself inside an apartment, the streets were closed, and backup was requested.

The suspect was questioned around 9 a.m.
