Suspect Arrested for Stealing Laptop, Other Valuables from Medical Van

A suspect has been arrrested by the NYPD with the help of Shomrim for breaking into a van early Sunday morning and stealing valuable items including laptops and tablets.

The suspect broke into a COVID-testing van at around 4:00am, and stole two laptops, a tablet, printers and generators, before fleeing the scene.

On Motzei Shabbos, Shomrim was notified of the break-in and volunteers searched cameras for footage from the scene, and were able to follow the suspect till her home. Once they had a location, the NYPD was summoned and the suspect was placed under arrest. All the stolen goods were recovered from her home.
